I bought a new mobile on 3 nov worth rs 30000 but within 10 days after purchasing its speaker is dead.i ask to costumer service for the replacement of phone they tell me phone could not be replaced and u have to submit it in service center . i submit it on 24 nov but till now my phone is not repaired and i have to purchase as it is from the service center due to some reasons.

now what can i do, i am in tension that my 30000 is wasted

please help me and replace my phone or give my cash back if possible
