Replacement of broken door handle

The handle of my refrigerator Model GL 365 DMQ steel grey colour has broken.this refrigerator was purchased in 2007.the complaints were filed two months before.

Nothing has been done so far. The local service centre has told that the part is not available hence nothing can be done. Without replacement of handle my refrigerator which is only 5 years old has become useless. Kindly do the needful.
