Part not replaced under warrantee

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Whirlpool refrigerator 2 years back and have signed for extended warranty.

One month back the refrigerator did not function and I have logged a complaint Number. MB 1112012808 with customer care. The engineer visited 4 times so far and could not identify the problem.

I have logged email complaints to the company and I get standard response of the problem will be solved in 2 days. But this promise have been broken for several times now and the refrigerator is not being functional.

I have undergone severe mental stress due to this as the essential medicines, food items, imported dry fruits etc that I have been storing is no more possible.

I am also not getting a concrete answer form Whirlpool as to how they plan to complensate this loss and by when the problem will be rectified.

I request you to hear this petition and take necesary action against Whirlpool India.
