Blackberry 9320
Product yet not received

I have ordered my product blackberry 9320 on dated 05/12. and the same time Rs.13724 was deducted from my account and after 20 days still i am waiting for my product.

Not they are replying to us where is my product whether i will receive or not.

So much irritating or frustating from Tradus Service.

Really never thought that they did these types of irresponsible things.

Is there any one who will help me to come out from this horrible situation.

Too much upset from tradus service.
