Service with Warrienty

Dear,

I purchase induction cooker (PIC 1.0) of TTK Presitige of Rs.3500 with one year warrenty after 1 and half year its PCB stopped working. I shown this product to TTK service center Noida Sector 18 and they charge me Rs.1050 for service this product and give me 6 month warrenty through mail by custmor care of TTK MR. Mohit (8860442992) but after two month its PCB not working again when I shown this product in TTK service center Noida 10 service person said after dicussion with MR. Mohit (Custmor care) you may pay 850 again its warrenty over becuase some cocoroch were found in this product.

could any one please give me soluction before going in Consumer Fourms..?

Are any other way for complint through online..?
