Faulty AC

In the month of Sept I purchased AC system model No. VS5B3.WV1 (1.5 Ton) two in one (Hot & Cold). For some time it worked nicely after first installation, but all of sudden it did not work and gives cold air in hot mode. I have informed your customer care through SMS twice, but one day call executive of VIDEOCON contacted me over phone, during the day time and asked me give us the model No, I told her that this information is avaliable at my home, but she dropped the call and then again I send them one more SMS, but till date they did'nt responded to me...

May I know the reason, what type of customer service they are providing, I want my money back...

I want to return them their product.
