KENT: Worst Service From KENT RO Systems Ltd

I, am Sobhan Bhattacharya from Kolkata, have Purchased a KENT SUPER (SERIAL NO. KR111207382) Water Purifier on last 06.04.2012 (Price: Rs.15000/-) from your authorized distributor called "APARNA APPLIANCES". But after installation, within warranty period we experienced a very very poor service from them. After several follow up & phone call from our side some Service Person came but he was also very worst in his job. We have still suffering KENT PURIFIER problem but he was unable to solve it rather after his servicing our Purifier is running with tremendous abnormal Sounds, Vibration & producing very less quantity of water with bad Taste. They told we need some local made Iron Guard to control iron in water which cost around Rs.1500/-, we agree to buy that one also to get a good water but after they again disappear after several call, still we are facing the same problem. When we purchased this purifier we never thought this will be a problem like this, I believed this KENT purifier is very good in its performance but due to this kind of bad service this Purifier became horrible pain to the people. Please take a necessary action as soon as possible.
