No delivery of tv

We booked two led tvs model es5600 32 in. on 16th nov.through samsung dealer,

but the tv has not been delivered to us till date.

we contacted the dealer and the samsung customer care several time but recieved no positive feed back.

both are only extending the delivery date every time we call.

kindly resolve our problem A.S.A.P..
