I applied for Aakash Tablet and haven't got it yet

Hello sir/madam,

I have applied for Aakash tablet and as per their website I perpaid the amount of Rs.2, 999 on 14th March via check.

I also received the confirmation from support team on 21st March, below are their exact contents on mail i received:

Dear Shrenik,

This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque*/Demand Draft of Rs2, 999 . Thank you for your payment, you will receive your UbiSlate 7 soon.

Again i sent the followup mail on 26th July as:

I have not got any update on my Tablet... Can you please provide me any update?

Received the reply on 15th Aug as:

Dear Shrenik,

Your order is already in process. You will surely get your device in August.

I also mail few times after that but now they are not replying now.

They are not giving me tablet and also not refunding the money.
