Product Not Delivered

Homeshop 18 was considered as fair dealing online shopping website but let me tell you when they fool the customers they fool them completely.

I placed an order of Orpat room heater on 9th December and that too it was a prepaid order but it is not delivered till the time I'm complaining it i.e. 4th January. I've called up call center almost 6 times and logged complaint ticket on their website but they are just making fool of us and not able to deliver the product.

I've asked them to refund the money on 26th December but they didn't even did that.
