3g and you tube are not working in the tablet via sim

I have purchased this tablet from naaptol on 02-08-12 via order no:4571970 and which was reached to my place on 14-08-12 .All other functions of the tablet are working fine but when i am trying to connect google talk with the sim the signal drops completely and only after sometime its coming back, even the youtube is not working in 3g sim. I thought the problem is with the sim and i called my operator and he checked every thing and said that the problem with the tablet because you very able to connect through 2g and wifi. So I contacted the naaptol customer care and at first they took the complaint and send to return the product but after one hour they called and made a U turn saying it is a branded product and we are not responsible for the defect you have to call the xelectron people and raise a complaint the numbers which they provided are not working and when I told them the same they said call to those number and we cannot do anything I have spent 8, 000 Rs on a defective piece and there is no one to rectify the defect piece never ever go to naaptol for purchase
