Havenot received my product . more than 45days passed

I have purchased a TV from timtara.com and paid Rs.25, 200 for it... but i have not received my product... near about 2months completed... my order ID is 10352636... when i call to customer care of timtara.com they always tell that you will receive your product in a week... for a month he is saying the same line... now i am thinking that my money is sunken...
