Naaptol Order No. - 5601930 - Bad Quality of Product

I placed an order with Order # 5601930 purchasing LCD Cinema project with Reemote worth 5, 999/-.Below are the reasons for my dissatisfaction:

1) The said product is not as per the advertisement, As per the Adverstisement the screen size of the projector is 10" to 15" but as per the package received it states that the screen size is 14" to 42".

2) As per the Advertisement the picture quality is very good but i am not satisfied as per the quality and even i am not able to understand the subtitles of the channel.

3) The Remote control provided is not working.

4) It shuts down automatically.

5) Called 8 times at customer service centre for refund but not resolved as on date. The first compliant was registered after 30 minutes of receiving the package.

I am looking forward for a refund due to my above dissatisfaction of the product.
