I purchased a front loading Washing machine on 24.12.12 from authorized dealer (LG Shoppe) by paying Rs 37, 700/-. But the machine supplied was defective as was found by LG persons during installation. I was promised to have a resupply. Which I did not receive till today. My complaint ref no: RNA 121225065773. Problem I am facing now is that the matter can't even be brought into the notice of higher LG executives. The Noida phone nos, 01202560900/40/41 are non responsive. I feel cheated truly. Can anybody suggest me the contact details of LG India higher officials.
