Speaker of the handset is not working after one time repai

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought a Spice Combo of Dual Sim Phone with Qwerty Keypad-QT53 through online shopping by the name of Joyeeta Ghanty on 30th June. But after buying that set I have faced problems of speaker in both handsets. The Black Handset was repaired & now working;but the another White one is facing the same problem after repairing from "ASC BILLENIUM SALES & SERVICE (P) L" (6, Chowringhee Lane, Kolkata, PIN-700016-) in October'2012.

Now it becomes tough for me to go to the service center again & again and get it repaired because the warranty period will be over after some months but after that nobody will be responsible for the same as the one time servicing is not satisfactory and not enough also.

Kindly give a look to this problem as soon as possible & please replace the handset.
