I have booked a repair request on 17.12.12 for my Microwave model MC 7148 MS. I got call from service eng on 18.12.12 that with in 4-5 days they will come and repair it. Since than nobody visited home repairing the same, Every time I call LG Customer care they say give us 24hrs to 72hrs your issue will resolved. I dont understand how a company can do this when customer is ready to pay repairing Visiting parts charges.
