Poor after sales services

I have ifb a 20pg3s microwave, i have been calling the service centre from 23rd novembr n the company doesn't seem to take any responsibility after selling their products, evrytime I call there n they say they will send someone today, it was a big mistake to purchase this microwave from ifb, its the worst service ever, n the shameless people don't even feel sorry in making fool of people, i will suggest evryone not to go for this particular company's products, there after sales is pathetic, they even sell d spares at a cost more than d orignal cost of their products, don't know what to do now, thinking of sellin the micro in scrap now, coz this pathetic company is so reckless n unaware of customer relationships
