Non delivery of product

I had purchased from Indiatimes on 9th dec with order id 3001826407 but did not receive the product (samsung led tv 32 inch 38900 Rs)

I tried calling their numbers, also initiated online chat and sent an SMS to call back but they are all again again told 48 hour time ..

I feel this is a finance Company or cheating company. The owners are cyber criminals and should be booked under criminal offense to our nation.

They are provide again again Duplicate courier . i thig they are cheated to all, so pls block this website and collect all customer money.
