Chrges pt on unused intenet facility

Dear Sir,

I am having a prepaid connection with number 9886619005 in Karnataka. When ever I use my Hifi handset a certain amount is cut due to usage of net service regularly. But in reality I have not used any internet facility. My talking to customer care is not getting any result. I am made of victim for paying unnecessary charges. I want this to be stopped. I am unable to use the hand set because of this problem. I want this to be rectified.
