Deducting money without any consent

A message received in my cell phone from DT 520001 stating

" Dear Subscriber Melody time pack has been successfully renewed. You will be charged Rs.15/- per month as rental."

I cant understand how such renewal is made without my consent. Even I dont know what is Melody time Pack.

Air cell is charging me without giving any service.
