I would like to bring to your notice the following facts for your immediate action. The above mobile no is normally used by my wife Dr Urmila Dasgupta a Medico by profession and is an Associate Professor in a Medical College in Kolkata. You will appreciate that she is a very busy person and does not like to be disturbed with unnecessary

calls and SMS.Of late it has been found that she has been receiving unnecessary calls and SMS for sales promotion from various agencies. This must be stopped forthwith.

I may also like to add that without our consent certain facilities like" charge @1/2 sec for 1 month " was activated resulting in drainage of money. I would like you to immediately refund the charges deducted on account of the packs activated without my concurrence. In case this is not done I'll be left with no other alternative but to take up the matter with appropriate authorities for redressal of my grievance.

An early action from your end will be highly solicited.
