Heres wishing you all the very best for the centenary celebrations I will straight away come to the crux of the issue. We had purchased a double door Refrigerator from dealer STARTRACK ELECTRONICS, AHMEDABAD under Invoce No. RT/0384 on 08.05.2010. In a nutshell it is to mentioned that a complaint was registered from Mobile NO. 9427028224 which was acknowledged by Whirlpool, Ahmedabad. Grievance regarding cooling was emphasised as the cooling had suddenly stopped. The complaint was installed on 29.08.2011 and the dealer confirmed that it would be looked in to but as of today there is no redressal of the grievance. I have been contacting at Ahmedabad. The number given by customer care is 66022006 of Ms Vaishali but I regret to state that no one is picking up the phone, hence this e-mail. The response given by the dealer leaves much to be desired and I feel his dealership be cancelled forthwith and I am sure it will bring disrepute if continued. One Shri Pinkal Service Engg. Called on us at 10.30 pm on 31.08. it was given to understand that some parts was to be replaced but none has bothered to attend despite messages that it would be attended to.

I therefore, request you to intervene and redress the grievance. Please do not be mild on the dealer – Shri Miteshbhai Patel, he should be taken to task, nevertheless the staff of Whirlpool, Ahmedabad office who threaten to attend also should not be spared, they are answerable to this slipshod method of treating the customers.
