Wrong product delivery

I have bought a 1.5 Ton AC from Shri Mangla Electronics, H-984-985, Sector-7, Ramphal Chowk, Dwarka, New Delhi, We had Selected an AC in which there was a design on the Grill for which we had paid 16500/- plus 2200/- for stabilizer, but the Dealer supplied me some other AC which cost 16300/-, when enquired about the wrong the delivery the dealer started mis behaving with me and said that what proof you have that you had orded the other AC. Now like to know, dont the customer have any right to buy product of his choice, the dealer now is asking us to take back 200/- rs back. I like to know is this the way LG treats its customers, I like to know what action will the LG management will take against the above said dealer.
