Poor service

AMC contract for 2 years -started on 4/9 -Contract No 0209110100 dated 24/9. One servicing done after repeated phone but no routine servicing done on regular basis. On 30/4 i make a complain regarding mannual buttons which are not working and for wet sevicing (No 128627 0 but none visit my home. Again I reminded by phone call three times (10/5, 12/5/12/ & 15/5). Again I contact Mr Partha Banerjee Phone No 09831358225). he assured me that mechanic will visit soon. On 18/5 one person attended (Bappa Das Ph No 918017039300) but he told me that he will not able to do wet servicing as he is alone again he does not give any advice regarding reoair buttons of mannual switch board. Again 0n 22/5 I contact phone no 03326855459 (Local service centre) but they assured me that they will contact Mr Bappa Das. Till date no action has taken for repair of switch buttons and wet servicing. I am suffering alot in this hot summer month and waitin for redressal
