Dear sir,

I purchase split AC of your homebrand SENSEI vide advance receipt no:2010004407 dted10th May. and 1st servicing was done by your service center (it was also delayed) but second service within a year which is due before 10th May was not done by ur service center, at all. Now the same AC is not cooling beyond 5 min. of starting. Moreover its external unit fan also rotating in very slow speed.

Absolutely no cooling since last 3/4 weeks. Please arrange for your sevice person visit immidiately which is overdue.
