Mishandling of complaints

Respected sir,

With all due respect, I, Nawal Kishor Mundhra, resident of faridabad wish to lodge a complaint against tha faulty services of ur company. I purchased a videocon AC last year, still in waranty period, and due to god noes wat, it has started malfunctioning.

The engineer diagnosed that it is a case of gas leakage. They took the AC fr 3 days n after installation, the result was same, AC tripping again n agin.

I thnk the soaring temp outside is well known by u. After paying fr d gadget, if we are nt able to take its due advantage, wats d purpose f spending money on it.???

Sir, kindly look into the matter. I am writing dis mail to u after spending 3 sleepless nights n bearing the problem with full patience. Now wen d complai8nt is nt being handled properly bt d agent n d company, i had no oder option save seeking ur help.
