ID proofs submitted eventhough not reactivated the sim

Dear Sir,

My cell no. is 98666 99379. subscriber of Airtel. Belongs to Andhra Pradesh, Visakhapatnam, Chodavaram mandel and city. I submitted two times my ID proofs to that concerned persons. Eventhough they didnot reactivated my SIM. I took this sim 3 years back. I had been submitted all adequate ID proofs when I bought this sim. Last one month onwards I haven't phone services. It is grevence to us. So, please reactivate it immediately or take necessary action regarding this matter. Thank you.
