Air currier not delievered

Dear sir,

i send one parcel by ems air way on date 30-07-11 & destination reach showing on 03-08-11 but still not delevered. and no update after 03-08-11.and if asking in aera post office they giving un acceptedely answer. Please forwered my complaint at concern department.my document no. ems post EE031447907AE & my email id is aruns2867@yahoo.com
