E-recharge failed

Dear sir/madam,

i want to say that my airtel prepaid mobile no. starts with 7 and when i do easy recharge from airtel website or from the site rechargeitnow.com, it simply writes that enter a valid no.

means it doesn't except no.s starting with 7

so, what to do now...?
