Eureka fobes
No response / no after sales service

Sir,

I went to buy a filter catridge of water filter purchased from Eureka fobes company from EUREKA FOBES OFFICE, ALKAPURI, VADODARA, GUJRAT.

I kept waiting for 35 minutes, executives asked me to wait and did not respond from 1425 hrs to 1450 hrs.

please help as its after sales service is very poor, customer has to run after the service engineers to get the job done.
