Sell defective products!

I purchased an ace vacuum cleaner in aug which worked only for 2 months. I have places several complaints. At one time someone did come over and after looking at the machine said that the motor has burnt out (i wonder how, i used it very carefully) and that they will have to replace it and that he doesn't have it in stock now. he said they will replace it as soon as they get it. that was 6-7 months ago. after that i have completely lost hope in getting it repaired.. I will never again buy a product of theirs and have also advised my friends not to...
