Invoice not delivered

I purchase Eureka Forbes water purifier Total Gold Nova by paying almost Rs. 10k in the first week of January and I was told that I will get invoice in a weeks time by courier, until now I have not received invoice from that office in JC road Bangalore every time I call the salesman the same old answer it will come by courier. I definely feel there is some malpractice by the sales persons of Eureka Forbes, if I do not get invoice I would approach the consumer courst and claim the damarages including the huge telephone bills, which I paid call these sales rep.
