Unauthorised deduction of talktime

Airtel has been deduct my talktime from my no.which is 9729646421 and while i questioned on this to the airtel's cust.care then every time they all trying to save themself by saying that our system will not work properly and atlast they send me an ip address and said that m using that one due to that my bal.has deduct while i never gone to that link which is send by them they r not trying to solve my problem
