Fake deduction of balance

Dear sir,

My mobile is having prepaid connection. My problem is that every day at least one-ten rupee is deducted from my balance since last 1-2 years. Till-day i am not understand why it is? If it will be continuied I have to complaint at consumer court.

Please look in to this matter.
