Horrible servicing of Aqua Guard

I have not received papers regarding Aqua Guard, like User's manual, receipt, Warranty card.etc.

Servicing of Aqua Guard has been not done by company as assured by salesman at the time of purchase.

Servicing of Aqua Guard should be done by company free of cost during one year, which has been not done by company. There is not positive response from office situated at Pune.
