Dear sir/madam,

I am airtel customer purchased blackberry phone 8900 to took advantages of blackberry phone. I had sent activation sms like BB1, PMP 8900, about 100 time in two month time..Then I talked to blackberry customer care No 09871427070, your representative assure me that they will activate my services on priority level, I had talkrd to them 7 time on 1 s october, 3 october, 4 october, 5, october, 6 october, 7 october and today also. Every time they assure me to resolve my problem in 24 hours. I didnt understany d what to do, I am feeling cheted to purchase Airtel locked blackbeery phone. Please resolve my problem to continue to faith in company like you.
