Eureka Forbes/water purifier(Inova)
Complaint is not properly attended

There is improper service provided to us. We called customer service over five times but for our problem (the problem with motherboard of our water purifier) is not met properly. Either a old motherboard is fitted by service provider or a board is fit which worked only for few hours, and is not working again. This board was adjusted on 17/09.We have AMC done, which valid up to 14/06.

I request that our problem should met as soon as possible.
