When i called BIG BAZAAR - KERALA STATE-PALGHAT BRANCH

FOR buying Fridge 300ltr. and i need exchange my old fridge. morning 10 am i called big bazzar customer care, they told they will send the guy to check the old fridge at 12 noon, i waited upto 2pm no body came. I called again another guy took the line and gave a cell no. to call and ask, i asked him what happen to the morning session 12noon guy. he dont have no idea about it. He told me IF U WANT TO EXCHANGE THE FRIDGE CALL THE CELL NO. WHICH I GAVE U. OR TAKE THE FRIDGE FROM SOME OTHER SHOP. THEN I ASKED HIM WHAT IS YOUR NAME??? HE CUT THE LINE. THANK YOU BIG BAZAAR, I TOOK THE FRIDGE FROM OTHER DEALER. I AM PERSON WHO USED TO BUY CONSUMABLE Rs.6000/- every month from big bazaar, I STOPPED BUYING EVERYTHING.
