Hand-Free not replaced by HCL InfiNet Ltd

I bought nokia N70 in october. The hand free i got with the set is not give me better quality of sound in jan. So i decided to replace the hand free and i go to the nokia care center at sco 2453-54, sector 22-c chandigarh. They give me a job sheet for replacement of hand free in 15 to 20 days after completion of 15 days i call on mobile no. 9872789087 and talk with miss meena she told me that the come to the office and collect the hand free when i visit the shop they told that the model (HS-3) is not in stock i call several times but they do th same process several times. Very poor service!
