Denneying of recharge tarrif

We had recharge of Rs.450. that is gprs pack of unlimited surfing n downloading... but still after that

we are unable to receive the proper service n my balance is continously been deducted... n even the senior executive of gprs is dennying of recharge tarrif...

in this regars u r requsred to plz look on to the matter n help us...
