Dedicated amount regarding

I am having a cell no 9908735116 airtel, and I used to recharge with prepaid card, and oflate it was showinga s dedicated amount, what this bloody dedicated we cannot understand, thereby when my regular balance completed I cannot able to use the phone and when I dialled the phone a slongan that you are not having enough balance is heard though I have got sufficient amount in the dedicated thereby I cannot utilise my phone when needy which is very sad thing note and was to able to utilise the phone again when I taken a prepaid card then only both the payment modes have operated.
