SIMPLY DEDUCTION IN BALANCE WHEN THE SIM-CARD IS CHANGED FROM ONE HANDSET TO THE OTHER

Sir, my airtel no. is 8016056353 and it is used in the handset model S3310. When this sim card is set into the other handset such as SAMSUNG OR NOKIA, the balance in the simcard gets deducted by Rs2.This makes a great problem for me. I have also talked to customer care executives 2days before but still I don't get any response from them. So, I kindly request you to make such arrangements so that the balance doesn't get deduct simply.
