I am living in our own house(#1. Sathyam Street, Annammal Nagar, Nerkundrem Post, Chennai 600 107) I have given the same address for the two connections . when i was taken second connection twice a time they verified my address proof.. After activation of my sim without my permission they activated DIALER TONE .since i didint like the Dialer Tone i ve contacted cuctomer care service to DE ACTIVATE the tone.. the customer care told us that they will refund the money Rs.30, And I recharge for 155 having recharge later . and the balance i was having without including 155 & 30.. i ve received the msg Your Balance is Rs.204. Immediately few hours later without any INTIMATION my mobile no is DE ACTIVATED. Later i went to the Head office in Chennai they didnt response to my request..they denied to tell the rply.
