Bad Customer Service

Hello,

I am Seema Naim an Airtel user, My cell no. is 9987724505. I'm having a complain for Airtel. I received one message from Airtel "Listen Sonu Nigam for free", then after a while I received a message that it has been activated on your cell phone, I have not listen the voice message which was been sended. My balance was reducted. When I contacted Airtel, they didn't picked up my call. So I contacted Airtel officer, they said you will get your money back within 24 hours and will be contacted to customer service. But I waited for 48 hours, but nothing took place. So I request you to get my money back to me!
