AIRTEL person not providing EC charge and cards

Dear Sir,

AIRTEL person is not providing regularly EC's and prepaid cards. I am newly started prepaid recharge card business in pammal (Chennai-600075). They are denying and saying that "You are already have EC's & cards in Reliance, Aircel, Vodafone, " then why You require AIRTEL like that they are saying.

I do not know what to do i am recently started the card business, i have no other income source. My mobile No.9003285862
