My mobile no. 98664 10149 - When ever a prepaid card of Rs. 55 /- of Airtel is

purchased . an amount of rs. 30 gets deducted by receiving a message like this

airtel radio has been renewed on your mobile and you have been charged Rs. 30/-

54321353 (paathshala).

The above was not opted by me yet, they deduct and making a customer a fool.

Dont you think: You should never cheat the customers. Out of 46 Rs. talk time

already Rs. 30 /- will be deducted automatically showing the balance. Its very

bad on Airtel to act like this. This was happening when ever I recharge my card for

the above amount.

I request Airtel NOT TO THINK all the customers are fools. The same issue would have happened with many buyers of this card. Some would have cared and some would nt have given that importance.

DONT ACT ON YOUR OWN JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE BUY BLINDLY.

pREPAID CUSTOMER CALL IS NOT ATTENDED, BUT POSTPPAID IS ATTENDED ATTENTIVELY.
