Shortshipment and cheating

I got Again same servicable canon camera for replacement the faulty canon camera 12 MP against my order no. 911391337 and complain no. 71270813.But i requested that every time please check new camera and its accessories very carefully before packing for reshipment. But they don, t care & very careless what i am requesting.they do mental harassed again and again to myself more than one month & service provided with cunning mind and get more delay. Again they repeat same blunder mistake and sending the shortshipment items these are following- 1)- polo wrist watch 2)- carry case of camera.

Other issue is they not clere my extra pocket money bill .they told that to send scan copy of both bill to their mail ID for clereance 1)- puchasing true bill Rs. (800/--)only of camera, s battery, which are you suggested by customercare for purchase when first time delivery of shortshipment of battery with faulty camera. 2)- DTDC Courier bill Rs. (185/--)only which are suggested by customer care to sending faulty camera for replacement at noida office. i send the scan copy of both (battery bill courier bill) at there mail id scan@homeshop18.com. plz, i request again and Last warning for that to clere my all four issue as you can fast in limited days otherwise i will go consumer court for help.
