Did not receive my pen drive free gift

I had bought a HP ALL-IN-ONE Deskjet F380 Printer on 30th August from a shop named digital threads Kolkata and was eligible for a USB PEN DRIVE from HP Redemption Cell INDIA.

As per your instruction thru net I submitted the online redemption form online and also got the secured code.

I had also sent the required documents i.e.

1) photocopy of the bill.

2) original sticker on the box mentioning the serial no.

3) and the code which I got after submitting the online form.

I had sent the above documents to :

I dont know why till now I did not RECEIVE ANY KIND OF RESPONSE FROM YOU. It is very hard to believe that a company like HP can react like this. I am sorry to say that this was not expected from HP.
