Unwanted Love Pack and ICICI Bank prepared charge

Dear Consumer Complaint's Sir/Madam

I have two complaints.

I am using Airtel prepay sim. Since last 2 month, certainly, love pack was activated

without my permission or agreement. so everyday they charge me 1 Rs.

I really really don't understand this situation. I tried to fix it up but so far it was not successful.

And my second complaint is,

Through ICICI bank mobile banking and internet banking, I charged my balance.

one through internet banking and it was failed to recharge. message come like this :

555-555

Dear customer, your recharge request could not be processed. Please try after sometime

And from my bank, money sent... and never came back.

Is Airtel is thief?? It is not one time. After sometime, I tried for mobile banking..

and I got a same message.

I believed they will return money after some time... but Airtel never did.

I want to sue Airtel with all not charged money (Rs 1, 033)

along with love pack service charge (approximate, Rs 60).

I didn't know that does that and never used..

but before I do, I found this site..and I need your help..
