Ad service and no response

I am using the airtel no 9650757508 .from last few days i am getting the problem with my mms service. i am unable to send any mms to any person . i have lodged the complaint regarding this in the the customer care center many times . every time i am getting the same response that it will get rectified and phone gets disconnected. every time i am making the same complaint, every time the same response. i am getting fed up with the customer care center with their irresponsible response as i think it is the total wastage of time and money because i have to hold the line for a long time every time i make a call and moreover i have to pay the charges to be on line for a long .kindly look into the matter and solve my issue as soon as possible . i shall be thankful to you for this kind act
